Your inbox, handled
Connect your email account and let Daniel Trackman read, reply, and organize messages for you — right from your chat. No need to switch apps.

Setup
Connect your mailbox
Set up my email
To connect your email, open /tools in the chat and tap Add Email. Daniel Trackman will walk you through 10 short prompts — your email address, password (or app password), and the IMAP and SMTP server details your provider uses. Just answer each one and you're connected.
Find your provider settings
What are the IMAP settings for Gmail?
You'll need your provider's IMAP and SMTP server, port, and security type. For Gmail: enable 2-Step Verification, create an App Password in your Google Account, and enable IMAP in Gmail settings. Use imap.gmail.com (port 993, SSL/TLS) and smtp.gmail.com (port 587, STARTTLS). For other providers, check their help page for IMAP/SMTP details.
Policies
Reading policy
Set read policy: check my inbox when I ask
After connecting, Daniel Trackman won't touch your inbox until you set a read policy — a standing instruction like "Check my inbox when I ask." This keeps you in control of when and how Daniel Trackman accesses your mailbox.
Sending policy
Set send policy: send emails when I ask, add my signature
Sending is off by default. You create a send policy with your own rules — for example, "Send emails when I ask, always sign off with 'Best regards'." Daniel Trackman never sends without your saved instruction and never auto-replies to incoming messages.
Usage
Read and summarize
Check my inbox for unread emails
Ask Daniel Trackman to check your inbox, show unread messages, or find emails from a specific sender. She lists what's there, reads full messages on request, and can summarize long threads so you get the gist without reading everything.
Compose and reply
Send an email to Alex about tomorrow's meeting
Tell Daniel Trackman who to write to and what to say — she drafts the email and sends it from your account. Supports To, CC, and BCC. You can also ask her to reply to a message she just read for you.
Automations
Mark and organize
Mark that email as flagged and read
Ask Daniel Trackman to flag important messages, mark emails as read or unread, or tag them as answered. She uses standard IMAP markers, so every change syncs back to your regular mail client automatically.
Scheduled check-ins
Every morning, check my inbox and summarize unread emails
Combine email with Daniel Trackman's scheduled jobs to get periodic inbox summaries — a morning digest of unread messages, or a heads-up when a specific sender writes. Set it up once and Daniel Trackman handles the rest.
